Adapted Bowling

Society for the Handicapped is excited to partner with McHenry Bowl and offer adapted bowling!

Adapted bowling allows people with disabilities to participate in the recreational sport of bowling. Adapted equipment can help with one or all elements of bowling; the set up, the physical approach to the foul line, the back swing and the guided release of the ball. For ease of presentation the adapted bowling devices have been divided into three main categories; wheelchair adaptations, bowling ball adaptations and ball rolling adaptations.

Adapted Bowling is held the THIRD Thursday of the month
January 19th, February 16th, March 15th, April 19th, May 17th, June 21st, July 19th August 16th, September 20th, October 18th, November 15th from 4:00 – 5:00PM at McHenry Bowl
